Returns and Refunds LIABILITY (Important Information!!)
Our products are sent out in good faith and occasionally goods are misrouted, lost in transit or may be subject to delays beyond our control.
If the contents of your parcel are for installation on site, we do not recommend you schedule any work or book any contractors until you have received and checked the goods. We cannot be held responsible or be liable for any losses, damages, charges, compensation or expenses as a result of any delay in delivery. Please note that we reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges on orders that are heavy, long or being delivered to an offshore address.
We will contact you on receipt of your order if any additional charges apply prior to the order being dispatched. 5 litre Tester pots cannot be returned or cancelled.
Your item will be delivered to you inside a double wall protected box and will be marked clearly with fragile tape identifying to the handler/courier to take additional care with the item for delivery.
Inside the Box will contain a flexible plastic bucket with a tamper proof lid for extra security.
Inside the bucket will be your paint order which will be in a clear sealed heavy duty plastic bag. It will be sealed right with a cable clip with a identity marker on it.
At that point you will be able to clearly see the colour of the paint.
If you break open the cable seal you will not be able to return the items and will not be entitled to a refund.
If you wish to return your item it will be at your own cost.
The goods will have to be packaged in its original packing with original labelling and inside paint product still intact/unopened.
Once we receive your item return inside 30 days we will assess the goods to see if they are fit for resale. If they are fit for resale we will refund you your payment plus the courier charge to deliver item back to us.
To return an item we will only accept packages from Hermes, dpd, DHL, express freight, ups, IFS and JMC
